Another great perk is the miles and miles of paved trails that are all over the area for you to run on. There are also mountain ranges with a few hours drive on both sides of the Tri-Cities.

Pretty much every study done in the area about the economy ranks Tri-Cities high in the country. Hanford is the main catalyst and it will provide jobs and stability in the market for years to come.

Another category that this area ranks very high in is housing. The market value on houses just keeps raising because of the high demand. If you can, make sure you own a house because it is worth it here.

Tri-Cities is between 3 different major cities: Seattle, Portland, and Spokane. That allows for access to lots of shows and events that you wouldn't normally have access too living is a city this size. A 3 hour drive is short compared to most places to experience the kinds of things we get because of location.
