Safety/Security• Responsible for monthly safety committee meetings, quarterly walk arounds, and documentation• Complies with and enforces all safe work practices and safety rules• Performs accident investigations • Oversees the safety of all field workers and applicators: monitors proper use of PPE (personal protection equipment), and ensures that only safe tools and equipment are being used• Responsible to report and remedy any unsafe work environment, equipment or condition and bring them to the attention of the Farm Manager and HR ASAP• Responsible to ensure all safety guards are in place and functioning correctly on all farm machinery• Responsible for managing any and all visitors and/or trespassers, ensuring the safety of Sandy Farms and its employees• Housing- Keep current with all rules and regulations regarding employee-housing. The Trim Out and Installation Technician work on a team with others installing heating and air conditioning systems in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced and entry level Techs and pay will be based on experience. Growth opportunities are available. Previous experience preferred but not required.
