This is great! I usually enjoy taking it all off before bed time, and now I found out there's legitimate benefits of sleeping naked! 

  1. It encourages you not to be lazy! Some people get into the habit of changing into pajamas as soon as they get home from work!
  2. You have a stronger relationship with your partner.
  3. Self-esteem. Spending time naked makes you feel comfortable with your body.
  4. Ease! There’'s much less clothes you need to wash each week.
  5. You get better sleep. There’'s no uncomfortable drawstring to wake you up in at night, and without the extra padding of clothing.
  6. You’ll have sex more often (that was obvious right?)
  7. Better skin! This is the only time your skin gets to breathe.
  8. It causes you to age slower! This one might be out there, but by wearing clothes at night you keep your body temp warmer.

These are AWESOME benefits if you ask me! So there you go, lose the pj's people!
