Ahh, June. The sun is out, the weather is warm, and it's the perfect time for a bike ride. And if you go to Portland we're talking about a NAKED bike ride. Yep, that magical night where Portland's weirdest ride around in just their birthday suits is coming up! The date is set for June 25th, so if you're planning on a trip to the city this could be the perfect time to go... or not! The ride is to protest reliance on oil, cycling safety, and to promote positive body image. Not sure how you can protest/encourage three such different things in one event, but hey, we're all down for positive body image!

The route is kept on the down low to prevent people from lining up and blocking streets, but the organizers and police know the start location which will be announced closer to the event. Over 10,000 people participated in 2015, and they're expecting the numbers to be about the same if not more this year. So if you want to protest oil reliance, promote cycling safety and positive body image (and you're not shy) head to Portland on June 25. Feel free NOT to post your pics on Facebook, though! ;)
