This is one of THE best best friend movies ever. Two friends from different worlds meet by accident, then form a friendship to last a lifetime. There are a lot of really cute teen movies, but most of them have girls fighting with each other until the end. But this is all about how a pair of pants kept four friends together, and how distance can't truly separate best friends. And all these girls are just gorgeous. You'll want to hate them a little, but they'll win you over!

This fictional story about when "girls" took over major league baseball, was important for bringing to attention another way in which women contributed to America, and how friendship is important to women. Plus, it's a movie we actually LIKED Madonna in!

With another epic cast, this movie follows unlikely friends in the present, talking about unlikely friends in the past. The story shows us the hardships of women in two different time periods and how friendship is one of the most important things a girl can have. Get out the tissues on this one too....

One of the few pure comedies on the list is a must-see. If you've seen this film, there's not really much I need to say about it. HI-LAR-I-OUS! If you haven't seen it; rent, buy, beg for, or steal it NOW and watch!

This tale is on an unlikely friendship between a troubled young girl and her newly formed friendship with three amazing sisters who are bee keepers. Set in the 60s in the south it's about family, friendship, race, and love. The cast is amazing in the story so well done in this underrated film. Also, pick up the book, it's a great read!

This super-cute and well cast movie is about one of those epic summers girls have growing up, coming of age, and being there for each other no matter what. The way they matched the older characters to their younger selves is perfect. If you've seen it, you know what I mean. Oh, and this soundtrack is also awesome!
