Ciara and Future Welcome Baby Boy

Ciara has officially announced the arrival of her son, Future Zahir Wilburn, via Instagram. The new mom debuted a photo of her baby boy, showcasing his tiny hands and right arm.

Future Zahir Wilburn was born May 19 and weighed 9 pounds, 10 ounces. Dad Future shared the news of his newborn son in his own way: through his Twitter page. “Baby FUTURE," the rapper tweeted.

Congrats are in order for Ciara and Future. The couple welcomed a baby boy in Los Angeles early Monday morning (May 19). This is the couple's first child together.

NY Post reports that a source confirmed the news of the new addition to their family. Neither parents have announced the baby's name or weight, as of yet. CiCi's publicist, Chris Chambers, had no comment on the matter.

Ciara and Future have been dating since early 2013 and got engaged last October after the rapper proposed to the singer with a 15-carat diamond ring.

The 'Body Party' creator found her pregnancy to be fun and enlightening. Ciara's last post on Instagram was a 15-second video of her crip walking with a full-grown belly (see below).

Future will enjoy fatherhood for the next few days before he hits the road on his Honest Tour. The jaunt kicks off May 23 in Milwaukee and wraps up July 12 in Montreal, Canada.

This is the 'Move That Dope' rhymer's fourth child while a first for the songstress.
