Pendleton has ghosts... but not the kind you're thinking of.

Downtown Pendleton has seen a lot of revitalization lately: new shops, boutiques, and restaurants have been thriving.

Many of these are going into historic buildings with second floors that are empty, unusable and deemed "ghost properties."

While these spaces do have potential, it would take a lot of time and money to get them usable. That's where the ghostbusters come in. They need people willing to turn these spaces with great potential into profitable spaces.

There are grants that can be applied for to fund projects, the city just needs investors and entrepreneurs willing to do the work.
