Last Sunday, Richland's 46-year-old Thien Kim Ngo was arrested on burglary. What exactly did he do? Turns out, that around 4:30 at the Goodwill in Pasco, he allegedly was POKING CUSTOMERS and, even worse, THROWING THINGS AT THE CASHIER.

After the police arrived, they wrote him up for trespassing and waited until he left. However, it was not long after the police had departed that Ngo returned for revenge! Witnesses say that he threw two full water bottles at the cashier, making an impact at her side, before fleeing. The police did find him at Volunteer Park hours later, before holding him for burglary (Trespassing+Assault=Burglary).
