Did Iggy Azalea Get Some Work Done?

Iggy Azalea is pretty much on top of the world right now, and last night at the Billboard Music Awards, she rocked the stage and the red carpet like a champ! I did, however, notice that Iggy looked a little different. Maybe it's just me, but it looks like she had a nose job, and maybe some chin work!?
