Authorities have identified 4 girls between the ages of 12 and 14 who were who were allegedly victims of 20 year old Valentin A. Castrejon.

His original bail was set at $100,000 but has just been raised to $1 million because Castrejon during a recorded phone conversation made from a jail phone, made statements eluding to the fact that he planned on leaving the Tri-Cities area and fleeing to Mexico to avoid the charges against him...

DUH they record all phone conversations made from jail...guess he didn't know.
