Fire Danger Still Very High, But Are Fire Pits OK?

Fire danger for our area is at the "Very high" stage which is good and bad. It's good because at least were not in the "Severe" or "Extreme" range. According to  the Benton County Fire Dist. #1 Facebook Page, control will be difficult if a fire occurs, no residential fires are allowed right now. Recreational and warming fires are ok. So yes, you can use your backyard fire pit. Agricultural burning is allowed if approved.
