The Coke Boys get a new member. French Montana is actively expanding his roster, which already includes rappers Lil Durk and Chinx Drugz. Velous, a singer who also produces and raps, is the newest addition to the team.

"I love his style. He sings. He raps. He's everything in one," French shares with the Village Voice. "He came to the studio and played me like 1000 songs."

Velous, who is currently promoting his track 'Ginuwine Article,' is not only working on his own project, 'Velocity,' and French's 'Mac & Cheese 4,' but he's given "like two beats" to Kanye West.

The Kingston, N.Y., native has also been rubbing elbows with French's friends, the Kardashians. "It just felt like a really good place to have a family. It felt like a good place to have a foundation," Velous says. "I definitely want to work with everyone on the roster. I want to see everybody at the top, all of us working together. French is already killing. He's one of the hardest workers in the industry. That work ethic inspires me."

He's already put in work with the likes of A$AP Ferg, Jeremih and Tyga for DJ SpinKing's new song 'Adult Swim.' Velous collaborated with fellow producer Vinylz on the effort.
