Lately I've been trying to commit to a daily routine of going to the gym. I commit, but then two weeks later, the lazy bug starts crawling back.A few day's ago, I decided to get very serious about going to the gym daily and eating clean. I created a calender with my work out schedule and taped it to my mirror to remind me of my goal. Interesting enough, I found a way to stay 100% focus and motivated. It's working for me:
