America is shocked after watching a South Carolina high school resource officer throw a student to the ground in front of her peers. This morning in the studio we got into a debate over whether the officer should be fired, or if the student needed to learn a lesson, or both! What do YOU think?

Jim: the officers are there to prevent crime. The student was being disruptive and that's not a crime. If that were my child I'd want that officer's head on a platter.
Andrew: kids who don't learn to respect authority while in high school get in big trouble later on. That girl needed to learn citizens must instantly comply with officers or bad things happen.

Watch the disturbing video and tell us what you think. Should the officer be reprimanded? Did the student get what they deserved? or both?
