The Kennewick police got an unexpected response on their Facebook page after making a post looking for a man that had allegedly stolen a box of BAND-AIDS from a Rite Aid store.

The post had two pictures of the man and it read like this:

"Shoplift - Kennewick PD needs your assistance identifying the male in the photo. The male allegedly left the Rite Aid store without paying for a box of band aids. If you have any information concerning this incident, let us know. You can remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 509-586-8477 or 1-800-222-8477. Or you can contact non-emergency dispatch at 628-0333. KPD Case 18-21863."

The very first response was "Really? Bandaids. Have Rite Aid message me, I will pay the $3.00 bill for him."

What do you think about the Kennewick police post trying to find the BAND-AID Bandit? I made a poll using some of the comments in the original post for the possible answers.
