Kennewick Police Seek This Fugitive – He Shouldn’t Be Hard To Spot!

Kennewick Police ask for your help in locating this escaped fugitive...His name is Brian S Massey aka Brian Packer age 29 and is apparently 'Misunderstood'

According to a post by the Kennewick Police Department:

It’s Kennewick PD Wanted Wednesday and this week we are looking for 29 year old Brian S Massey aka Brian Packer. Massey was last known to live in Soap Lake Washington but also has ties to Moses Lake. Massey is wanted on charges of Escape from Community Custody by Washington State Department of corrections and Failure to Appear for a Show Cause Hearing from Franklin County. His original charges were for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Residential Burglary.

Massey is 6/01, weighs 165 pounds and has Brown hair and Hazel eyes. He has numerous tattoos including one across his forehead and the right side of his neck.
