Remember the good old days when bigger was better? The only thing compact was your makeup and music? There's at least one Tri-Cities man still living the dream: Ron Swanby of Swampy's BBQ catering.

Ron has buried a giant steel pipe to create a Louisiana bbq pit that is sixteen feet long, five-feet wide with nearly 600,000 cubic inches of cooking space! He believes it is one of the largest in Washington state.
