Local Mother Outraged When Daycare Waxes Baby’s Eyebrow

I spotted this story today on Facebook and was totally shocked that a daycare allegedly waxed a baby girls eyebrow without permission of the parents, but according to this Kennewick Mother that's what happened to her less than 2 year old daughter at the CBC daycare!
