Local Woman’s Home Burns Down While She’s at Cancer Treatment!
While undergoing treatment in Seattle, lymphoma patient Mary Sabreda lost her home in Sunnyside to a fire. Although she had lived there for 30 years, the woman had no insurance for the mobile home.
Mary is also disabled from rheumatoid arthritis and has fought lymphoma for two years. She's suffered through chemotherapy and a bone marrow implant and the ever-growing medical bills aren't going to pay themselves.
A Go Fund Me has been started for Sabreda and so far only $2,410 of the $15,000 needed has been raised. For everyone who has lost a family member to cancer, or ever faced the devastation of a house fire, give a little to someone you know you can help.
