David M. Myers, 48, was arrested in Moses Lake after making threats that he would shoot up the local schools. Reports say that the man's ex-girlfriend had contacted police after she allegedly heard him make the threats. The police realized that he had a prior felony conviction (making it illegal for him to possess firearms). They then served a warrant and found him with an arsenal.
