Milton-Freewater Babysitter Arrested for Child Abuse

A woman was arrested and has pleaded not guilty to child abuse in Milton-Freewater. Reports say that the mother of the child reported the injury to the police on July 2nd. He has bruises on his face and the side of his head. Officers then went and interviewed Megan Angela Elaine Hines, 22, and after arrested her on charges.
