My Delicious Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Here's a recipe for one my favorite smoothies. It's great for a quick morning meal replacement, it's healthy, delicious, you get your natural sugars in and energy for the day. Here's what I blend in my smoothie.
- 1 Banana
- Frozen blueberries
- Frozen strawberries
- Soy Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- Honey (sweetener to replace sugar, optional) I personally prefer it without.
Blend all together and bamb, enjoy.
