Here's a recipe for one my favorite smoothies. It's great for a quick morning meal replacement, it's healthy, delicious, you get your natural sugars in and energy for the day. Here's what I blend in my smoothie.

  • 1 Banana
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Soy Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Honey (sweetener to replace sugar, optional) I personally prefer it without.

Blend all together and bamb, enjoy.
