* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT...BECOMING STEADY ON
  FRIDAY. A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL
