A new program called "breakfast after the bell" will focus on feeding low-income students in Washington State.

The bill was signed by Governor Inslee this week and will introduce a Breakfast After the Bell program to schools that have a significant number of low-income students.

The premise of the program is designed and allows students to eat in the classroom.

The program at this time will be available in school districts where over 70% of the students are low-income.
