The Wells investigation released their findings today and found that the Patriots probably cheated.

"it's more probable than not" that Patriots employees "participated in a deliberate effort to release air from Patriots games balls after the balls were examined by the referee."

They did not place the blame on the Patriots organization or the head coach, but seemed to place the blame on star quarterback Tom Brady.

"Based on the evidence, we also have concluded that it is more probable than not that Tom Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls,"

The question now is, what kind of penalty will the NFL put on the Patriots and their quarterback? Adam Schefter from ESPN says on his twitter that the NFL is "considering disipline" for Brady and the people involved.

What ever the punishment is, I am sure it won't be harsh enough.
