The Role Includes: The Therapist position provides interventions (often Evidence Based Practices) to children, youth and families in their homes and other community locations. It includes crisis intervention and extended stabilization as well as long-term, team-based services. Emphasis is on partnering actively with families, natural supports and other community service providers to promote safe, stable and healthy families. Position will work primarily in the home/community setting of the families. There are some occasional evening & weekend hours required and will have rotating on-call shifts.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Must hold a Masters degree in related field with experience working with youth and families. A Qualified Mental Health Professional (MHP) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Must enjoy and have the ability to work in a close team environment. This position involves travel throughout Spokane County.
Travel in Greater Spokane Area requires valid WA State Driver License, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Successful applicant must pass the background check to work with vulnerable populations and driving record check. Position will be full-time with benefits.

This person will work directly with our mortgage loan originator, underwriter and loan applicants, and help receiving/inputting loan information, scheduling appointments and possibly assisting with translation. Position also interacts with outside vendors such as appraisers, escrow and title companies.
Education/Experience • At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage lending or equivalent • High School graduate or equivalent • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
