Is this the cutest or weirdest little thing you've ever seen?! Paris Hilton just bought the world's smallest Pomeranian for $13,000! He reportedly weighs 11.6 ounces and stands (kinda) 2.5 inches tall. I don't mind small dogs, I own a Chihuahua myself, but I could not stand owning a dog 11.6 ounces.
