Police: Lock Your Doors & Windows Even During Day

Pasco police have seen a slight uptick in number of daylight burglaries. In a few cases, thieves walked into a home WITH THE RESIDENT STILL HOME!

A couple high-profile cases occurred in Walla Walla recently as well.

Presumably the burglars are more brazen because of the rising heroin epidemic we've been hearing about, but whatever the cause, police say people assume burglaries happen at night.
