Portland Man in Jail for Obsession With Women’s Hair

Many men have hair fetishes but one Portland man couldn't control his and became a menace to society.

Since 2005 Jared Weston Walter has:

• superglued two girls' hair together in a movie theater
• cut three women's hair on a bus
• glued women's hair on a bus
• released "bodily fluids" into hair on a bus
• cut a woman's hair at Dollar Tree

Doctors say he tumbled down stairs in a stroller as a toddler, which damaged his ability control impulses. He now has to register as a sex offender.
