You want to lose weight? Get in shape? Be healthy? Live longer? I found out HOW! Guess what, you already know how do to it too! By eating right and exercising! I know, crazy idea right!? I recently went to the doctor and stepped on a scale for the first time in a year. I almost passed out when I looked at my weight. That was the moment I decided I had enough. I didn't want to be fat anymore.

I was never into going to the gym, and thought personal training was ridiculous, until I checked out Strong Foundations. You have NO idea how happy I am that I did. I'm eating better, I'm going to the gym, and after only two weeks I'm already down 4 lbs and 4 inches around my body!!

This journey is going to be a long one, but I wanted to inspire others to take control of their lives and start getting into shape too. I'm going to video my journey so you can see that I'm a regular gal (not a model) who's trying to look and FEEL better! I'm kind of a goofball, so bear with me, but I hope by sharing my struggles and challenges, you'll be inspired.
