Richland Woman Furious With Tenant Sets His Apartment on Fire

There is a Richland woman in jail for allegedly trying to set an apartment building on fire. Reports say that police and firefighters were responding to a fire call at Tweed Place and got reports of a woman that witnesses say was involved. They tracked her down shortly and she is now under arrest for first degree arson awaiting trial at the Benton County jail.

Police say that it seems the woman set the fire because she was angry with the man that lives there...and I thought I had psycho girlfriends in the past!
