Scary Creeper Arrested Outside Kennewick Woman’s Bedroom Window

The suspect has been charged with 4th Degree Assault with Sexual Motivation...wow!

Sunday night, police were called to a residence near West 4th Place and South Sharron Street after a woman called 911 to report a man lurking outside her home.

The woman was home with her child, and was alarmed by the man, identified as Mark Masters. He was apparently knocking on her windows. He was arrested and booked into the Benton County jail.

Some citizens on social media were asking if he had any prior such crimes, or was a registered offender, but several data searches did not turn up any results.
