Serial Killer Crawlspace for Rent in Portland Craigslist

The Portland Craigslist had an ad offering to rent out a space under their house that would be great for..."serial killers". They have a bunch of demands but seem to allow the future tenant to bury their victims as long as they don't smell anything. The also want you to sign a year lease but if your caught before then, you still are responsible to pay.

Sounds like a good deal to me!
