TRAC has been struggling to pay the bills in recent years. To attract more business leadership has decided to focus the facility on specific needs instead of trying to be everything to everyone. That could mean removing the dirt floor.

I thought the facility was built to host Franklin County agriculture shows. Livestock, farm implements and more. So whatever happened to that? It's not like those shows are going to the Toyota Center instead.

And what about the Home Show? Will they be able to install swimming pools and giant mounts if the dirt is paved over?

And where will Jordan Circus perform?

And motorcross?

I can't imagine West Pasco without TRAC so if they need to pave over the dirt to stay open, I support it, but I'm very confused.
