Summer Vacation Idea: Goonies 30th Anniversay on Oregon Coast

HEEEEEY YOOOUUUU GUUUUYYYSSS! Every year fan girls and guys gather for The Goonies weekend in Astoria, OR (where the movie was filmed) to celebrate the epic film, but this year it's gonna be huge! Get ready to feel old.... the classic movie "The Goonies" turns 30 this year and the festivities will be Goonie-tastic! The four-day event June 4-7  includes a Goonies tour of film locations, bowling at “Chunk’s Bowling Alley,” and costumed quote-a-long film screenings. Fans can sip Truffle Shuffle Stout from local Fort George Brewery, and adventure on a scavenger hunt! In the past, some of the films stars have shown up, but no confirmation on any of them yet.
