It's been a long few months for fans of the gym.  Until recently, Tri-Cities gyms have been closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Friday will be THE day for members of Gold's Gym in Tri-Cities.  The Kennewick and Richland gyms will re-open to members Monday thru Friday from 5 am till 9 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am till 7 pm, under phase 2...

I read an article in Business Insider today claiming that Gold's Gym will be permanently closing 30 locations due to loss of business because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Is Tri-Cities on the list?

Daniel Elfers is a fitness instructor at Gold's Gym and he wants your support to make it to "American Ninja Warrior" tryouts. Like many of us, he stumbled upon the show by accident and fell in love with it. Elfers says he's incredibly inspired by the competitors and wants to join their echelons.
