Ever wonder if you should have REALLY gotten that ticket? Want to know what happens during a police investigation? Where here's your chance! The Benton County Sheriff's office is hosting a 5-week academy to educate citizens about how traffic laws are enforced, crime scene investigations, what happens when prosecutors receive police reports, and more.

The academy was created to educate citizens how law enforcement works. The classes are Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm. Oct. 3 to Nov. 2 at the Benton County Health Department (7102 W.
