A Richland man is held on charges for suspicion of possession of stolen property after getting a tip from a transient. Reports say witness saw Jeremy Pitman robbing someones home and called police. When they got there, they found Pitman who is a known transient hiding downstairs.

Police then went to North 42nd Ave in Richland because of a tip of stolen weapons and searched the property. They didn't find guns but found lots of other stolen items like electronics, yard tools, and wire. The arrested the man inside the home, Jereme Moore, and he sits in jail with Pitman awaiting trial.
