Tri-Cities Needs This NOW!!

You're out on the water, cooler packed with beverages, maybe some sandwiches, but man wouldn't you love an ice cream sandwich, or fresh grilled hot dog, WITHOUT the hassle! These guys in Portland got it all figure out! Weenies on the Water is a floating food truck! They have two that float around and sell hot dogs, ice cream, and other sundries! While, yes, you could back your own lunch, but if you could get fresh and reasonably priced goodies from a food cart (which has to pass restaurant quality inspections, by the way) wouldn't you love it!? Just think, you can leave more room in the cooler for beverages, and just have some cash handy to get a fresh grilled dog! Portland may be weird, but this is pretty genius! Would you patronize a floating food cart?
