Tri-City Country Club Under New Ownership Now Fully Public Course

The Tri-City Country Club which has been in operation since 1938 (79 Years) will be under new ownership beginning in January of 2018 and will now fully operate as a public course!I received the announcement via e-mail this morning as I was once a member of TCCC here's what is said:

The formerly known Tri-City Country Club is now under new ownership, and though the complete transfer won't happen till January 1st, 2018 we wanted to reach out to you and let you know what this new Club will provide and even offer you some great inaugural membership opportunities.

*No initiation fees

*No food minimums

*No assessments

This new Club will be fully public, offering golf memberships that includes more amenities then any local public golf club.

The Clubhouse will be open to the public providing both a high-end steak house Thursday - Saturday on the Dinning Room side, as well as providing a sports lounge that will be open 7 days a week.  This restaurant structure is projected to begin February of 2018, until then we will continue on our current hours of operation.  Even though the transfer won't fully take place till 2018, the new ownership has already taken control and put together new dues structures for 2018.
