I have two coworkers who want to start a food truck. Both believe their own mother's cooking is good enough to sell to strangers. Guess what? It's never been easier!

The class teaches the basics of operating a food truck, finding the right vehicle, and how to secure all the licenses and permits. The program includes five courses and is organized by the Specialty Kitchen and CBC is offering a continuing education certificate after completion. This can help with securing a small business loan.
