Why Hover Boards Are a Really Stupid Idea [VIDEO]

Ever since “Back to the Future 2” we’ve all been in love with the idea of hover boards. Just like the "lightsaber" we don’t understand why they haven’t been invented yet and as soon as they are, we can’t wait to get one. For the last 20 years I was right there with you in wanting one. Now that they invented one I think we are all and here is why:

Without friction of the wheels on a surface, you can’t really skate. It is impossible to control or turn and you basically just hold on. You’ll drift all over and even Tony Hawk can't control the board for long.
