You Can Now Legally Buy Pot in Benton City

In a city council vote this week, Benton City opened it's doors to the money-making marijuana business. The 3-2 vote legalized the sale of marijuana in Benton City. Production was already legal, but no retail businesses were allowed. Now, like neighboring Prosser, Benton City will have retail shops where those 21 and over can legally purchase marijuana products. No word on when the first shop will be open, but I'm sure the city is eager to start raking in that money from taxes!
