Here are the official rules for our contest that starts this Thursday...Secret Celebrity. Can you make sure this is on the web site?
The following rules apply to the HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM Secret Celebrity contest, sponsored by radio station KOLW-FM / HOT 97.5-FM, which is owned and operated by Townsquare Media. By participating in this contest, listeners agree to be bound by these rules. The following rules are in addition to the previously established general contest rules found on www.hot975online.com.
1. HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM is giving away amounts of $1,000. Listeners will be encouraged to listen for the Secret Celebrity montage and call the studio phone line @ 544-9750.
2. Caller number 9 gets a chance to guess the 10 Secret Celebrities in order, if they get all 10 correct they win $1,000.00.
3. The HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM listening area is defined by the broadcast range of the station (excluding Internet streaming). For example, these areas include, but are not limited to the Tri Cities Regional Municipality.
4. The montage will be given out beginning September 18, 2014, four times daily (Monday thru Friday) at 9 am, 12 noon, and 3 pm and 5 pm up until the the 10 celebrities are identified. Daily clues will also be available for Club VIP members on our web site at www.hot975online.com. CLUES WILL NOT BE REPEATED
5. Contestants must be 18 years of age and older.
6. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and/or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
7. HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM may at any time during the promotion and at its absolute discretion, terminate or suspend the competition.
8. All decisions made by KOLW-FM / HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM WILL BE FINAL!
9. The winner of the competition may be required to take part in all publicity activity associated with the promotion, including, but not limited to, phone calls, radio, TV, or press interviews, etc., for the duration of the promotion- and any time thereafter where there is publicity associated with the promotion.
10. By participating, the winner agrees not to engage in any negative interviews or make any disparaging comments or statements about HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM, their employees or associates. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM to use his or her name, photograph, voice, and likeness for the use in advertising and/or publicity.
11. Employees and immediate family members of Townsquare Media, KOLW-fm Tri Cities and their affiliates are not eligible to participate in this contest.
12. No purchase of any kind is necessary to win.
13. The rights of HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM, under these rules and regulations, will not be prejudiced or restricted by any indulgent forbearance extended to a winner or contestant and no waiver by HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM in respect of any breach (actual or these rules and regulations will operate as a waiver in respect of any subsequent breach.)
14. The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to the contests or promotions sponsored by HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM, is reserved exclusively to HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM. All decisions shall be final, unless otherwise decided by HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM
15. In all matters, all decisions of HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
16. KOLW-FM / HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM reserves the right to amend these rules without notice.

The following rules apply in all contests or promotions sponsored by KOLW FM / HOT 97.5 - KOLW-FM FM, which is owned and operated by Townsquare Media. By participating in any such contests or promotions, listeners agree to be bound by these rules. In addition, particular contests or promotions may have rules that are specific to those contests or promotions.
