Our newest DJ, Raleigh, challenged herself to try to drink a gallon of water a day. It's a part of her resolution to be more healthy this year. There are supposed benefits to drinking a lot of water: better skin hair and nails, more energy, assist in weight loss, anti-aging, and/or detoxifying. But a gallon a day!? That's a LOT of water. Let's see how she does!!
