Saying no to sweets isn't the easiest thing to do at times, but you don't always have to say no to something sweet. Here's a quick recipe for a healthy chocolate shake! 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2-1 cup almond milk
  • 2 heaping Tbs of chocolate powder
  • 2 squirts of vanilla stevia

Throw it all in a blender and ta da!
