Hermiston Wants to Know What That Smell Is!!

You ever drive around town and suddenly get wind of a foul smell? Sure, you try to blame it on someone in the car, but did you know you can report it? The City of Hermiston on their Facebook page reminded citizens that nasty smells can be reported to the city. Bad smells are actually a code enforcement violation and is something that the City can address! Who knew!
