It has been almost 20 years since I have been blown away by a new video game. My gaming days started way back with original Intellivision, Atari, and NES but I would have never imagined that games would offer an experience like "No Man's Sky". If you haven't heard of this game yet you will. It is an open world space exploration game with over 18 quadrillion planets to discover set to be released sometime in June on both PC and PS4. In case that didn't hit you, that's over 18,000,000,000,000 planets!

Each planet has its own unique plants, animals, and ecosystem that is generated inside this huge universe. All the planets have real world physics like keeping track of day and night depending on where you are in relation to that planets star. They have weather systems and strange and unique forms of life in surprising places.

If you are looking for something that provides a completely new experience and are tired of the same old games that keep getting pushed out, I think "No Man's Sky" could be just what the doctor ordered.
