Feeling tired and groggy in the morning? I do sometimes! I don't know about you, but I don't wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy and ready to take on the world. But having to be on the radio early in morning, I always need to up, awake, excited and enthusiastic about everything though I'm not always feeling that way. Here's some healthy energy boosters that have helped stay up a running all day, because energy drinks just give me a sugar crash and plus they're about the unhealthiest drinks you can possibly drink.

  1. Advocare Spark: This one is currently my favorite. It doesn't taste bad and it works! There's no sugar crash and there's only 45 calories per serving.
  2. Herbalife Tea: A nice warm cup of tea in the morning to get your energy boost. Another one of my favorites because unlike energy drinks, it doesn't give me the jitters, just energy.
  3. XS Energy drink: This is an Amway product. Works like Spark and Herbalife Tea, there's no jitters that comes along after I'm done drinking the can, just energy.

These are my 3 favorite energy boosters. They give you the right amount of energy without the sugar levels and/or crash.
