Energy Drinks Are Unhealthy — Find a Replacement
Feeling tired and groggy in the morning? I do sometimes! I don't know about you, but I don't wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy and ready to take on the world. But having to be on the radio early in morning, I always need to up, awake, excited and enthusiastic about everything though I'm not always feeling that way. Here's some healthy energy boosters that have helped stay up a running all day, because energy drinks just give me a sugar crash and plus they're about the unhealthiest drinks you can possibly drink.
- Advocare Spark: This one is currently my favorite. It doesn't taste bad and it works! There's no sugar crash and there's only 45 calories per serving.
- Herbalife Tea: A nice warm cup of tea in the morning to get your energy boost. Another one of my favorites because unlike energy drinks, it doesn't give me the jitters, just energy.
- XS Energy drink: This is an Amway product. Works like Spark and Herbalife Tea, there's no jitters that comes along after I'm done drinking the can, just energy.
These are my 3 favorite energy boosters. They give you the right amount of energy without the sugar levels and/or crash.
